Z-Tech is a remote IT staffing house, run from the north coast of Morocco, for MSPs and internal teams that want quiet, competent operators — not a recruiter inbox.
The staffing industry has a size problem. The bigger the bench, the lower the bar. Every agency with a thousand candidates has a thousand ways to miss the one you actually need. We decided, from the start, to stay small.
Two engineers, both senior, both remote. Between them they keep one managed-services book — twenty-plus clients across five countries — pointed upward, in every timezone that matters.
We don't scale that team by adding warm bodies. We scale it by being careful about who sits next to us on the roster. If we would hire them ourselves, we'd put them forward. If we wouldn't, we won't send the CV.
The bet is this: a small, honest bench, priced fairly, will outperform a big, blurry one. So far, it has.
One service, five shapes. We provide remote IT engineers who can drop into your stack, speak to your tooling, and stay long enough to actually own something.
L2 / L3 engineers who already know ConnectWise, N-able, Datto, Intune. Ready on day three.
Meraki, FortiGate, Cisco, Ubiquiti. Firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, and the late-night routing calls.
Intune, Jamf, Entra, Okta. Imaging, patching, and conditional access done with hands-on care.
Azure and AWS first. M365 tenant administration, backup, SaaS identity, light infrastructure as code.
A small, named team covering GMT+1 and GMT. Honest on-call, not a ticket factory.
We sit in Tanger, on the strait. From here we support clients across Europe, the Gulf, and West Africa — all within a few hours of each other. The office is quiet. The uptime is louder.
